Addison & Steele: Specialty Coffee, Perth

I went to Addison & Steele on their opening day, which is today. It's great having a specialty coffee in the neighbourhood with an atmosphere with great passion for coffee and service. As my first drink, I tried their Manantiales Del Frontino 'Geisha', Columbia roasted by Small Batch Roasters on a Hario Syphon. It was delicious with its natural sweetness and a distinctive smell of bergamot, a smell you would usually find in an Earl Grey tea. Very refreshing. And also, this was my first Syphon experience and I loved it. My next cup would be something from the Slayer. Definitely be stopping by on my way to uni frequently.
